Something to do if you can't sleep

I couldn't sleep last night so I got a peace of paper and a pen. I wrote down the time and then I wrote down every thought I had. In the morining  I did it again. I loved comparing the way my brain thought and how cool it was to see them side to side. Next time you can't sleep try it out. Keep them all in a folder to show to people if you want.
